I tried to use an arpeggiator of an external synthesizer (Dune2) together with another instrument and the internal arpeggiator and the same percentage of swing sounds different! I mean as example 60% of external swing is not 60% of internal swing. this is a BIG problem to synchronize two swinged instruments. I suppose that 100% bitwig swing is not 100% real swing and maybe 70% or 60%. |
There is no such thing as a standard swing. That's why a lot of people like to import Akai MPC60 swing settings for example. So this is not possible. Some sequencers are able to extract swingsettings from a midi file or audio file (like Cubase). This is something you would be looking for I guess. As for your own answer/request. Yeah, lfo swing would be nice. Btw, did you also try to influence timing of the two LFO's within a LFO device? So that the speed of LFO2influences the LFO1 speed? answered Sep 22 '14 at 16:51 by Solidtrax (977) |
And swing for lfo and all future modulators, please. answered Sep 07 '14 at 12:28 by goddamnmaddog (336) |
