I tried to delete channel mute automations, but it is not possible in any way, or it is?

-one more problem with somte mute: with layer muting: if I turn mute off, and another layer was on single, everything is audible, not just the two layers which wwere on single. --> no remembering of single state.

To delete any Mixer automation: * switch to the Mixer * find the blue dot that indicates the automation * right click the dot and * select "Delete Automation" (as with all automation ;)

The latter problem is known and will very probably be fixed in the near future.

Hmm, after investigating a bit more and getting a few other reports, there seems to be a bug indeed. We're checking this a bit more. The "latter" references to your second (last) point about mute/unmute bugs with layered instruments.
