This program says that they cannot find any metadata of the plug-ins.

Also, I find my cache folder, but there is no folder in my computer. Do you know how to fix it?

Are you on Windows Mac or Linux? Did you try to uninstall and reinstall the plugins? Did you check on Bitwig in the browser settings panel if you have your VST folder/folders added? However I might suggest a workaround even if I don't know if you are on Windows...

1 -Find BitWig's appdata folder (this is usually in Users/YOURNAME/Appdata/Local/BitWig Studio) 2 - Delete the "index" folder and in the "cache" folder delete the "vst-metadata" file. 3 - This should force BitWig to look a bit closer and actually see your Plugins based on the directories you've already told it to look through.

Of course I assume you've already set your plugins locations in Bitwig browser as I already said.

I use Windows, and I did all of things that you've told to me. Reinstall, uninstall all of things(including Bitwig Studio and my Plug-ins)

And there is also no file link you told. So there is no "index" folder and etc.

You find the AppData folder inside your username folder on Users folder on c://. Before being able to see AppData folder you need to visualize the hidden folders in your PC.

Once you've followed the instructions you will be able to see AppData folder and follow the procedure I explained in the previous post

Just look for AppData folder on Windows Explorer not from inside Bitwig Studio!!! Can you speak English? Either way I speak Spanish French and Italian. Just let me know if I should answer in another tongue for you to comprehend.
