hi , i have registered bitwig 1 bought after 10th december 2016, but still can't see any info about grace period upgrade to bitwig 2 on my account. how it works? will i receive special link to bitwig 2 file or new licence....?

it reminds me my cubase move from 4 to 5 (for free...)

they answer in ~1 day....

they buzy at work.......... (unlike customers..................)...

+> their support takes some 1 day or 7-8 hours to respond... , or 2 days max...

(generally)

it's a little company by 8-9 guyz.... ~~~~~~ but they got commercial relationship with music_platformers. etc...........etc......

(when they receive just One mail, they respond FAST) :*-)

they mostly occupied to promote their produkt, to sold it...

(it's "communications"........)

NEWZ are 1st served.... OLD ones aree last served.....

i'm sry : i bought cubase 4 just one month before cubase 5 was released so NOW (in 2017) i just can't remember this experience to guide you.
