Why i can not PAN? All my Devices are stereo, also all my Software but panning not reduce volume left or right.

What is that?

It was my Soundcard Setting, the Stereo was double Mono´ed. -.-

Panning works fine here.

You can do it but you need to use the Dual Pan device to have a Pro Tools style pan option (independently controlled L-R)

The pan knob in the mixer affects both L-R equally where, when you turn it, you pan the whole stereo image to that side.

Yeah, if you never used Ableton before, the mixer pan works the same way. You need to add a device to take control of each channel. In Bitwig it's Dual Pan. Hope it's what you are looking for. Cheers
