I thought I understood how to bounce a master using hardware since bws doesn't allow realtime bounce, but I don't. I created a track, sent all mixer tracks to it, but I can't send the reverb or other fx tracks to that audio master track, so I can't do a realtime bounce of everything.

How to do this?

Got a couple great responses from gearslutz, in case this isn't obvious to anyone else.

create an audio track. Arm it to record. Set the input to master channel post fader and output to nothing or mute the channel. Also make sure monitoring for that track is set to auto. record. Done. --from owensands

Create a clip on the master track for the length you want to bounce, right-click the clip and choose bounce in place. Then drag the bounced clip to an audio track.
