I'm used to Live's "Utility" plugin's width control going from full mono at 0% to completely subtracting all mono information at 200%. Bitwig's Tool's width parameter makes the signal it processes full mono at 0%, but I can't figure out what it does at 200%, since even at that setting, the mono information remains. Can someone clarify this for me?

It enhance the volume on stereo field. If something is mono it does not do anything. However if it the source has stereo it will enhance the stereo sound more :) And yeah if you push it to 0 a stereo signal becomes mono. Be careful with using it more than 100 procent. Phasing issues might occur if you use it more than 100 procent, its effective at enhancing stereo but the phasing problem might occur as i wrote..

How i find a good way to use 200 procent is on the master to check the balance while mixing. Since the stereo field enhances i can better find out if there isnt a balance. Its how you wana use it. But hope this anwser helped :)
