Do you like the Bitwig GUI? I certainly do. It is simple, clean and consistent. However, it is a bit spartan. I'd really enjoy if it was more human ;)

Something like this: http://www.antonkudin.me/assets/apps/sequencer.png

God no! The more computer-like it looks, the better. If you want something to look like a hardware mixer or synth, then ...buy those. Bitwig is a computer program and should look like it, i.e. utilise the space in most efficient way, rather than adding shadows, light bleeds, pseudo scan-lined LCD displays, alloy knobs, etc.

In fact, I'd love Bitwig's interface to get even 'flatter' (without the shading on buttons, knobs, etc.), with fewer rounded edges and I'd like them to drop that blue bracket for nested devices - it looks horribly out of place. For nested device I'd love them to revert back to that lighter gray background + blue borders. It was much more pleasing.
