Hi,

if i play an audiofile on an audio track in mix view i can't jump to a specific time/bar. For Example, I double click on on the timeline and the yellow 'play'arrow appears, but the playback doesn't jump to that selected position.

But it works on Audio files in Arrangement View.

Is that a know bug/feature?

Cheers Michael

Hi.

I'm not at Bitwig right now so I can't test this. However, Bitwig usually uses one left-click to move the play marker, and double left-click to play from that position. Maybe that will work?

Hi!

Bitwig on Stop. If i click one time, nothing happens, if i do doubleclick, bitwig goes on play an (the topleft play button activates) and the clip plays from the start, no matter where i double click, it allways starts at the beginning.

I have had problems with getting it to work perfect each time. However there are things you can do to make life easier. press on a clip in the arrenger and the playback will jump to start of that clip. I think its easier and faster anyway. It work to play on timeline however sometimes you need to be precistant. I dont know if there is any special placement makes it harder to press leftclick. it works but sometimes i also have that problem you describes.

But press on a clip in the arranger and it will start from that position to play :) Other than that, if you feel it frustrating just report to tech support http://www.bitwig.com/en/support/tech-support.html
