When I added a "Headphones" role outputs to the Audio devices list the metronome stops sounding on both the speakers and the headphones. This seems really odd to me. Is this behavior expected?

I can get it to work if I use "output" instead of "headphones" but that seems really strange to me.

For reference I have three output devices (all stereo), and I'm running on linux with jack. 1. Speakers 2. Headphones 1 3. Headphones 2

Headphones 1 Headphones 2

If I set the role of either device 2 or 3 to headphones then the metronome won't work on all devices. If I set both 2 and 3 to "output" or simply don't add them as outputs then the metronome works.
