I'm trying to write a script to automate preset change. Therefore I need to read the clip names which will contain the presets for the clip. However there seems to be a bug:

Tech support says the following:

as stated in the previous, getting the name is possible via ClipLauncherSlotOrScene and you're using ClipLauncherSlotBank.

However this seems not right since:

ClipLauncherSlotBank extends ClipLauncherSlotOrSceneBank

ClipLauncherSlotOrSceneBank extends ClipLauncherSlotOrScene

and the name() function is implemented in Scene()

StringValue name () Returns an object that provides access to the name of the scene. Returns a string value object that represents the scene name. Since API version 2 Implemented in Scene.

However none of these functions work and also the Observer for the names doesn't work.

Has anybody miraculously been able to read the clip names - Tech support won't believe me and basically says I am wrong.
