each time I type or copy-paste my Bitwig 8-track serial number I get an error message.

I tried online and offline activation.

I tried 4 different browsers - Safari, Chrome, Vivaldi, android Chrome

I tried 3 internet conncections

I tried British VPN.

I tried with and without CAPSLOCK.

I tried O instead of 0.

I got my serial with a new Linnstrument 128. Roger Linn Design support responds it's the first time they have an issue with a serial number and they can't help.

How do I register my product?

tech support recommended me to clear cash. damn, this is humiliating. I cleared my cash again. still got error or invalid request

It does appear to be a browser issue - I was able to get it to work in internet explorer.

my guess is that it is browser/script related; I can't login to my profile on their server with Waterfox(a firefox variant) but I can login with Opera or Firefox itself.

I can login, I cannot register my licence. And I afraid to lose my project I cannot save and I'm wasting time. Did tried to disable all my extensions and running in incognito mode and run in Firefox also. Didn't help.
