I rewrote the Edirol PCR controller script as a Java Bitwig Extension and everything works as expected except that the notes produced by the drum pads that are played on the cursor track can't be recorded. I set the track to record all inputs but the notes generated by the Bitwig extension are ignored.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Bump. Run into the same problem. (v3.0.3, API 9) .. Workaround idea was to find the currently active clip of the track and use setNote(), and modify duration while held down. However couldn't find command to get the clip(s) of a track in the api... The only related method that I could find (that's not deprecated) seems to be clipLauncherSlotBank(), but it refers to ClipLauncher scenes & clips of a track.
