Roli Seaboard25: Although I'm SUPER NEW to this. It's the weirdest thing. When I record playing Equator as an instrument on Bitwig studio, when I hit playback it doesn't sound like the instrument in the equator software. It sounds muffled, different and horrible.. It's probably a rookie move on my part, .. did i not switch it to wumbo?! someone please help ? :D

MPE wasn't turned on in the Dashboard, MIDI needs to be set up in Equator, Bitwig & the Dashboard. The dashboard is where you toggle the MPE

I had an informative answer here. Did it get deleted by accident? :l I would very much like it restored.

I hope it wasn't just deleted for being incorrect. I would like to know what I have understand wrong.

It was about MPE problems so I think its very relevant to this question: Standalone vs Bitwig+VST

Btw. I have subscription active for Bitwig if that is relevant for my answers for staying undeleted.

Hi @Rokka, I definitely saw your original answer, it was emailed to me, thank you! I didn't delete it, this is my first time back on the site. I'm not sure why it was deleted ? but thanks for your help & input

Hi @TooKhristy. Thanks for the confirmation! :) I suspect it was somebody else and that he/she can give some sane explanation. I think co-operation is the key to problem solving and not strange deletion of messages.

Unfortunately it was technically wrong and misleading as well not the answer to the particular problem in the original question. If you have detailed questions regarding MPE you want to be exactly sure about, just contact our support team!
