I know this is a stupid question, but my audio isn't working. When I go to select a sample to put in the track or whatever it's called, I can hear the audio fine. (Sorry I can't get a screenshot, it won't upload properly.) But, when I press play, the track doesn't have any audio. Any help?

You use TAB key to shift between Scenes/Clips and Arranger view. Try to put your samples in the Arranger view in any place you want and than hit PLAY. It is also possible you use your samples in Sampler mode. To check it, after you choose your sample to use in your a wee bit sophisticated way -> press CAPS LOCK and hit keys like: ASDF. Does it work?

i'm not on my computer, but it sounds like you're playing clips from the clip launcher instead of the arranger.

if you look in the clip launcher, there's a stop icon to the left below your scenes and another icon with a play icon with bars behind it. if you click on the play button with the bars behind (furthest one to the left) it will then play what's in the arranger which sounds like what you wanna do.

as for do you need a midi keyboard, no you can do everything with a mouse / keyboard, just might be nicer to input notes that way / other midi info.

cheers, ian

But the thing is it still doesn't work. I try to press it, but you have to press the record button to press it. When I press the record button near scenes I hear some a few beeps or some sound effect, but it doesn't work when I press the play with 3 lines behind it button. Any more help possibly? (Just so you know I'm on the demo version if that makes a difference.)
