I am having trouble with my sound. The audio from the instruments says is playing a sound but I you cant hear it through the speaking on my computer or my headphones

Hey.

Please check if there is an vst that havent loaded properly on the track. If there is then it might be a plugin who crashes. Also check if you havent muted or have solo on some track/tracks. If there is a plugin who crashed, try mute it for now and see if it plays sound.

I believe its a problem with the keyboard because the keyboard (KORG lp350) still produces its factory sounds.

If you get midisignal in bitwig it should not have something to do with Audio on your keyboard. THe computer does use its own speakers from bitwig and your keyboard shouldnt interfare with bitwig. Did you look if there was any crashed plugin in the track where you dont get any sound? Be also sure to have instrument first in chain. If you have an fx first it wont give any sound. If you use a arpigator or pitchshifter be sure to have that before the instrument.
