I tested the demo of the McDSP Ultimate Channel Strip 6050 in Bitwig, and it caused CPU spikes that caused clicks and audio drop out intermittently. There is no vst2 for it, but only vst3. I have never had this problem with vst3's in Bitwig, so I don't really think that's the issue. The rare cases of vst3 issues I had were if they just didn't work correctly. The spikes occurred in very small projects just as much as large cpu intensive projects. Is this a known issue with McDSP, or does anybody have any ideas on this?

I experienced the same issues with mcdsp plugins. Spikes and cpu loads out of nothing.

I alredy wrothe an answer in another treath. The Support told me to bring this issue to mcdsp. So for now, mcdsp plugins donĀ“t seem to work properly in bitiwig.
