When selecteing arrangerclips it wont quantize using Q. Select all midi tracks, and use the inspectors quantize on bottom left. If you press the button it will Open up inspector by pressing ( i ),afterselecting a clip or more it will turn up in the inspector. The quantize will depend on what pianogrid you are using, example (1/4, 1/8, 1/16 and so on.) if you hit the button. But you can controll from quantize by using the arrow to the right of the quantize button in inspector. There you have extra options by pressing custom.

I hope this helps.
