can anyone help me with that?

The user community also asked for a normalization feature: https://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=259&t=407779&sid=e93cf046a6763d46050e9f252c3ebb79&start=30

Normalization would be useful in a bunch of places:

1) in the export audio dialogue. 2) in the clip window 3) In the Sampler

I don't know of any normalization inside Bitwig. If you are referring to normalizing rendered audio; personally, I do that with CDex, the program I use to convert wav files to mp3. If you are referring to something else, maybe sharing some additional information would help.

Take care.
