Hi,yesterday I bought and downloaded version 2.3.5 but when I tried to activate it constantly it gives me a message that it has no connection with the servers. I did offline activation but in the packages it does not show me anything to download as if my bitwig is not connected to the internet and the laptop has real.

Hi, same on my side. Everytime i start bitwig a little info shows up in the right upper corner. When i press a button the info disappears and nothing happens. I let bitwig studio.exe talk through the firewall but nothing has changed.

Hi, I never had this issue. Maybe temporary problem with a Bitwig server. I suggest trying a bit later and if the problem still occur, contact Bitwig support. They should check it.

The servers are up and running. If you can't download packages in Bitwig Studio, please contact our support team (https://www.bitwig.com/en/support/tech-support.html) and include your IP address, so that we can check the logfiles for any particular problems.

Solved. Finally i got it. There was one firewallrule contrary to the allow bitwig rule. ;-)

Great :) Can you explain me how you make it? I can t do this .

Go to your firewallsettings. Go to outgoing rules and ensure that there is no rule which prevents bitwig from calling home.
