How do I fill a MIDI clip with notes (depending on resolution) in the MIDI editor?

In Ableton, you can go into Draw Mode (Ctrl+b / Cmd+b) and then click, hold and drag across the MIDI editor to fill notes depending on resolution. So for example if the resolution is 1/16, the cursor fills the MIDI editor with 16th notes when you click and drag the cursor.

Here's an example: https://youtu.be/iCCHO6I9vgg?t=136
