I'm editing a drum track and trying to enter notes an specific intervals. I get confused whenever I create a new clip as it zooms in to a ridiculous level (one measure takes the entire width of the window).

How can I preserve the zoom from previous editing? This would be my preferred option -- stick with what I had before.

Alternately, can I adjust this default zoom?

IMO it would be extremely helpful if Zoom-to-Fit As Default were a settable clip property, and one that could be set toggled On/Off in bulk for all selected clips.
