Hi MyrtleexxCovers,

just to ask you, what does Bitwig show if you press the button License Info in the Dashboard? It is the very first page Bitwig shows you, the button is in the lower left.

Best regards,

I got a license from Bitwig buying a Nektar musical keyboard. I installed it on one computer but it didn't work well (old computer), I uninstalled it and installed it on another computer, but it tells me that the license has already been used, what can I do.

Contact Nektar tech support. I've dealt with them in the past they were very helpful.

dear mattele,

I hope you solved your issue. The strange thing is that Bitwig can be installed on three different computers.

If you cannot activate a license, it means that, probably by error, you have already registered three hosts, or maybe you miswrite your license.

You can find your license number and remove registered hosts from your account on

Login with your credentials and, at the end of the page, you will find all the hosts on which your license has been already activated.

Just remove all the unneeded to free a slot for your new computer.

Hope this helps, please answer back to update.
