Hey Guys I just got the new update 2.5.1 and I wanted to know if there is a way to make what's inside the sampler follow the tempo of the song? In my case a loop file. FL Studio and Studio One have this by default, but I don't think we have that in Bitwig or am I missing something?

hI xerranmusic,

I might have get your needs completely wrong, but I try the same... :-D

The sampler itself is not tempo synchronized, to my current knowledge. It has three modes of managing sample content, for different synthesis types, but it manages pitch and not tempo, if requested.

What you can do is put samples directly in an audio track, inside slots in scenes.

Then choose one of the many algorithms to manage tempo adjust available in the inspector, in the section Audio Event, when you select a slot, like elastic stretch in granular or spectral mode, etc.

Hope this helps...
