Hello! Exploring bitwig's synths I encountered strange behavior of glide. In my experience with other synths glide is enabled when midi notes overlap, when they are not overlapping, glide is not engaged.

In polysynth and fm-4 though glide is working all the time, I tried all possible variations of poly/mono/voices-true-digital/retrigger/steal same key, and glide is always on whether notes are overlapping or not, they glide even when they are separated by bars.

What is the most weird is that even after stopping and rewinding to the start of the track, the first note glides from the note on which the playback has stopped. I can understand this behavior in the context of a live performance, but this glide appears even when you render the track!! In my opinion this is outright wrong!

So am I missing something and there is a way to make glide work the usual for other synths way - gliding only when notes are overlapping?

Ok, so I have found this little 'L' button in polysynth which does the job.

What about fm-4?

Exactly, why fm-4 don't have the legato button? How can I request It?
