Hey, I get several VST plugin crashes each time I start BWS. The scanning process doesn't show which plugin is scanned and the plugin host doesn't show anything on crash either. I can't find a VST log file either. I would like to find the ~10 buggers who crash each time.

Cheers,

Tom

Open the "event viewer" in windows (Ereignisanzeige). Click on "Windows Logs / Applications" on the left side and use the search on the right to search for "pluginhost". This should reveal all the VST scanning crashes!

Interesting. Thanks Dom - could have saved me a couple of hours to know that before I went for the trial and error method. ;-)

The one error I don't really understand is a crash for "KERNELBASE.dll" which doesn't even live in the VSTplugin folder...

Otherwise it's as expected Molot, Limiter6, TX16W and Melodyne, the latter possibly to do with above KERNELBASE.dll and another crash with unknown module name.

Cheers,

Tom
