I previously purchased Bitwig Studio and the payment did go through on said debit card about 6 months ago. Since the purchase was made i was caught up in moving and then another DAW because of an artist i was previously working with. Now that i have time to use Bitwig, i cant find my serial number in my emails and It says on my account page that i have 2 activations left but there is no serial number on my account page either. I previously activated Bitwig on my old laptop but now that lapop is long gone and i have a new computer i wish to activate Bitwig on. Is there any way to request my serial number or activate Bitwig at all on my new computer??

After the first time you register, the activation is usually tied in with you email used during registration process, which I believe is the same one to access your account here. If that is not working then you may be better contacting Bitwig through the support page.

Well, if you're lucky enough for tech support to contact you, you may get it back but don't hold your breath. I'm in the same position and can't seem to get any help for the issue. As far as I can tell, the support is useless.

The serial number is only needed once: to initially register it with your account. After that, there's no need or even use for serials anymore, you just unlock the software using your account data (name and password).
