I know I can double click but I'd like to select a certain length and create a clip with that length.

I don't think it works that way. But, you can easily type in the length in the inspector panel when the clip is selected.

Thanks for replying. I know there are several ways of adjusting the clips afterwards. I was looking for something more effecient :)

Hi, if you need a kind of "fixed framework", create empty clips of the selected length you need in the clip launcher, then copy that clip on the arranger where you want, any times you want, on any track you want. Just an idea. Fabrizio
