I've got a Korg nanoKontrol 1 that Bitwig Studio will recognize, but doesn't seem to respond to.

In MIDI Preferences, this controller will show up when I click "Detect available controllers" but it does not seem to work beyond that. None of the behaviors described in its help page occur, and if I right-click a parameter and choose "Learn Controller Assignment", no assignment is made even if I move every slider and knob.

Interestingly, if I remove the nanoKontrol mapping and manually set it up as "MIDI Keyboard + 8 knobs", I can use "Learn Controller Assignment" just fine but of course no custom mapping behaviors.

I can't tell if this is a bug or simply user error on my part. Is there anything more I need to do? It's as if the controller shows up in the MIDI Preference GUI (the inputs/outputs appear correct) but isn't actually being scanned by Bitwig Studio. Is there perhaps something special in the nanoKontrol script that I need to be aware of?

If it matters, this is on OSX 10.9.2 on a 2010 Macbook Pro.

I have the same issue here. How did you solve it?

EDIT: Alright, I had to reset the nanoKONTROL2 with its software KORG KONTROL EDITOR - it was somehow stuck to another mode. Now it works flawlessly.
