Hello There Does Anybody of ways i can acheive fast hi hat rolls in the midi editor

Hi, do you mean you're looking for a kind of function like filling every x step? I don't know any in Bitwig Studio.

At the moment, you can zoom in enough to be able to put a high density of note, or use the dedicated Beat grid setting control.

Exactly! After creating the first note of a roll, just hit ctrl-d (duplicate) as necessary to add repetitive hits. It'll already be selected.
