Hey Guys,

i'm looking for a way to create my own drum set and wanted to use several kick drum samples on one single note in a drum machine. whats the easiest way to do this? thanks in advance!

Tag liebe Mit Berliner,

ich wollte mir ein eigenes DrumSet erstellen und mit der "Drum Machine" auf einem Pad mehrere Samples benutzen - wie bewerkstellige ich das am Besten? Danke im Voraus!

Hi, for what purpose do you want multiple samples on the same note?

A simple solution is to use an Instrument Layer (in which you will stack your sampled drums) dropped into a Drum machine.

On my example, this will trigger the 3 samples of the layer at the same time.

But if you want to sample several kick drums to simulate the strike variation, ie. a strong kick, a lighter kick... triggered by MIDI velocity, then I don't know yet... I know another drum machine that do this, but not in Bitwig Studio.

works perfectly! thanks alot. :) the purpose is to create new drums....p.e. a kick with a snap in it, and to be able to add fx and stuff on each of them, but to trigger them at the push of a single button.
