Hello support team, I'd like to ask you: how many computers of mine can work with one license? Previously, as I understand there was the possibility of using one license on 5 hosts. I had 3 hosts with installed software. Today I was trying to add another host to the license, and it was impossible. I delete one of the hosts from the list to add new host.

Is it the new rules? Why do you not send information about new regulations?

Best Regards. e-1

I can't remember there was 5 installations allowed. When I bought my licence during summer 2015, I had 3 installs.

Bitwig FAQ page: ON HOW MANY MACHINES CAN I AUTHORIZE BITWIG STUDIO? You can install Bitwig Studio on up to three machines at a time.

Well, if they had reduce the number of activation, it means that some people who had activated more than 3 would be running in trouble when the change occured. To repeat myself, I can't remember there were 5 concurrent activations allowed.

Can I easily add and remove the devices? I have 3 work sites that I have Desktop Computers at which I can use (Mostly educational purposes, video editing and some music production). I have a Desktop at home Windows/Linux and a laptop for live performance.

you should be able to activate and deactivate allowed pc from your online account on you should find registered hosts section down the page. You can also activate a pc just for a session, if you have one free slot out of three, when bitwig starts on an unregistered pc. hth . Fabrizio
