I'm using an Echo Digital Audio Mia Midi PCI sound interface and for some reason Bitwig 1.3.5 on Windows 7 does not detect the native ASIO driver for it. The only ones listed are:

  • ASIO DirectX Full Duplex Driver
  • ASIO4ALL v2
  • Generic Low Latency ASIO driver

All other DAWs I've used have been able to detect the natice driver without any problems. Anything special I should be doing with Bitwig in order to get it running?

I have just installed Bitwig 8 Track 1.3.16 on Windows 10 and am having the same problem. I also have an Echo Mia sound card.

I wonder if they're using portaudio for ASIO and not searching for audio devices with more than 2 inputs and outputs.
