I purchased an Icon Upod nanoSE interface which came with a free Bitwig 8-track installation. After setting up, the studio does not seem to recognise the interface. I think I have it set up properly as I have a friend who runs Protools who came over to see if he could get it working but he was unable to as well.

Did you ever find the solution to this? I have the same problem

I think it could be a problem with driver for this interface even when its written: "Plug & play and no driver installation is needed." in description. Have you been trying free ASIO4ALL driver?
