I'm trying Bitwig Studio on Ubuntu but when I add Plug-in Location folder with my VST in Browser-configuration Bitwig does not load my dll's VST. Why?

You will need a vst bridge to be able to run windows dll files on any Linux OS . Search terms airwave Linux vst and abique vst bridge.

.dll's are Windows files ONLY. Google "Airwave" that will let you use Windows VSTs. However, it takes some setting up to do. Let us know how far you get and we can help from there.

Not that difficult to set up. Pre-built .deb package here
