I have someone who is going to master my track but they do not have bitwig. Is there a way to export stems into pro tools?

What you do is you render all your tracks separately. In the Export Audio window you can select individual tracks to render, these will be rendered to individual files on your hard drive. These files can then be imported into Pro Tools.

How about if I have a track routed to sends and I want to capture the send effects into the render as well? Is there an easier way other than solo-ing the track and exporting the entire project, and repeating for each track?

In case anyone is looking for any easier way to export rather than one track at a time, you can multiselect the tracks you want: https://answers.bitwig.com/questions/5653/exporting-tracks
