ok so this is about multi timbral / multi out

i load battery in an instrument track.

in battery i can do 16 stereo outs

in bitwig i add all missing chains

in battery i can right click each cell and assign its ouput

is it possible to route each cell / pad within battery to a seperate midi track / instrument track in bitwig?

You create a new instrument track, above the mixing section you have the routing section, here you route the MIDI to your Battery instance. At this point Bitwig will reveal a MIDI channel selector next to the routing selector, so you set the MIDI channel you want to send to in Battery.
